The 50th annual Grammy Awards took place on Sunday, February 10
in Los Angeles at the Staples Center and will have a category for the
Best Hawaiian Music Album. This category is in its fourth year of existence
and is a result of nearly 20 years of lobbying efforts by our Hawaiian music
industry.
